The Triano SP (super-powered) hearing aid filters out background noises and is superior to any other hearing aid I have ever had.

I love my hearing aids! Oh my!
I wear them 10-12 hours a day and have had a great deal of fun hearing some new things I hadn't heard in awhile.

I had to wear the one in my left ear for only about 4 hours a day to start with, as I was simply overwhelmed by hearing sound in that ear after so long with having NOT. I can't thank you enough for making "hearing better" affordable for me!

I also had a great number of questions, and custom ear mold attempts X 2! Thank you for your patience and courtesy. You have all been "top notch". Consider this customer extremely satisfied!

I wanted to thank Andy, his setting of my Nitro was perfect. I was on my way to the Stock Show last night when it came. I tested it when I got there. I didn't have the right one with me but could still hear and understand what everyone said to me. I haven't had this success for years. Today with the right it all seems so natural. The Targa Plus HP hearing aids arrived last night and they are AWESOME. I was surprised there was a volume control option. The sounds are more crisp and I can hear myself breathe (the wrong way) in a quiet room! Sounded like Darth Vader. Remember when I mentioned I couldn't hear the microwave beep unless I'm standing real close? Well, I can hear the microwave fan down the hall if I pay attention. Then the beeps really get my attention. I absolutely love it! Road noise is way down while driving, and listening to music sounds more balanced. Too bad this hearing aid wasn't available back in the 80's. Better late than never.

Thank you for offering the hearing aids at a competitive price and I plan to do this again in 3 years. My insurance allows me to replace them every 3 years. Priceless.

Wow. What service. I received my Rexton Targa half shell and it is everything Lloyd's advertised it as and more. There is no further adjusting needed and I can hear again. It fits so well I don't even know it is there. When I sent an e-mail to Lloyd's they responded right away to my inquiry. What great service. When taking the audiogram test online, it came out the as one I had done at a doctors office. Lloyd's makes it easy and affordable to obtain hearing aids. I will be a Lloyd's customer for life.

I just wanted to advise those who are wondering if this site is reputable. It is. I have had my hearing aids since July 2005 and they are great. Lloyd's directed me to the aids I needed, not the ones I wanted and I have great aids for a lot less than the name brand I wanted. I had an issue where one of my aids did not fit exactly good, and Lloyds immediately sent me another kit to redo the mold. I got my aid back extremely fast. Lloyd's did what they said they would do and the service was better than expectations.

Did you know that your website is awesome and very unique? Most of the other sites I have visited online do not show pictures of hearing aids and the price at the same time. In fact, most of the websites don't even let you know if you are looking at shell, behind the ear, or completely in canal. Who wants to buy a "pig in a poke"? Thank you for the excellent service you have just recently provided to me. When I called you, you understood my hearing problem and not only adjusted my hearing aid, but you returned it to the factory for the modification to the shell of the aid. This was an adjustment some months after I purchased the hearing aid and could not hear as I thought I should be able too.

Now the hearing aids are more comfortable to wear. I can also hear much better, plus I can use the other programs in restaurant situations and when I'm in a room where acoustics are a problem for me.

When calling your office I was given very courteous efficient service by your representatives.

Last night I happen to mention my new hearing aids to one of my friends I chat with over the internet. After she asked a few questions, I responded with the below letter. (edited)

I'm glad you thought about asking me, because this guy I dealt with is good. He is the kind of person that won't be happy until he knows that you are happy. My hearing aids are the behind the ear type so the ear molds that I had been wearing on my old aids could be swapped over to the new ones real easy.

Miracle Ear brand of hearing aid is probably going to be the most expensive because it is the most widely advertised hearing on the market. It is NOT the best, there are a lot of other brands out there that are far more superior to Miracle Ear. I know this because I worked for about two years for a friend in the hearing aid business in Mobile while in between jobs 15 years ago.

I am very pleased with my purchase and I know that Lloyd Hearing Aid and Andy Palmquist can save you some money on your next hearing aid or set of aids.
Just a note to tell you how pleased with my new Siemens Triano C-I-C hearing aids. Everything you told me is true. I can hear better than I could with my old in-the-canal units. Not just a little better but greatly so. I can hear and enjoy the television without asking my wife to repeat the words. I can talk on the telephone without oscillation and with normal gain. I can talk to my grandson and hear all his words.
The Triano aids automatically adjust the volume and permit me to converse in the presence of background noise. I use both programs you installed which switch automatically to suit conditions. I leave the aids in all day and enjoy people asking me "do I still wear hearing aids?"

I received the hearing aids. Boy the difference is really noticeable. I am amazed at the volume capability alone....and I notice a definite difference in the sound quality and I am working to adjust myself accordingly. It is very different than what I am used to.

I think you did a very good job in adjusting the aids for my needs. I will be forwarding the copy of the audiogram though once I get it, and if you see any variations that might me needed you can let me know.

Alison's new hearing aids are great - a definite advance on the old Triano. They have much greater clarity and the e2e feature works well. It was well worth us visiting Rockford. We appreciated meeting your team who were all very caring and extremely helpful. I think I have noticed the difference as much as Alison as we are much better able to converse. Whilst her ears are adjusting to the shape of the new aids, she has occasionally reverted back to the old ones for temporary comfort, but finds their performance quite down when compared to the new ones.

WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! Mom is 83 years old and has had here Siemens Centra HP hearing aids for 12 months now and we have her back! She went from being withdrawn in her own world to being her old self again. She was reluctant to get hearing aids, but when she saw how well they worked, how straight forward they were to use, and how unnoticeable they were, she gladly wears them all the time. (she loves the optional hand held remote control)

If you are cautious about buying hearing aids over the internet (as you should be) rest assured, the entire bunch at Lloyds were a Godsend to deal with! And YES, with a little help from one of us kids, taking the Lloyd online hearing test results proved consistent with her local hearing test!

From the time they spent explaining the cost/benefit tradeoffs of the different hearing aids, to GREAT pricing, quick shipment, and billing & insurance support, the entire team was exceptional. It was truly like dealing with a local Main Street business. Lets be clear, wearing hearing aids took a little adjustment and training for Mom, but with the right hearing aids, realistic expectations, and a little encouragement and support from her 5 kids, it was all well worth it.

Lloyds is the place if you are in the market for hearing aids and you like saving money! Having spent thousand of dollars in the past years locally, I decided to try the itnernet to purchase the new digital aids behind the ear type! I will begin by saying how pleased I am.
